25 years of working in the same company, and at the end of the day, organization have to let people go, atas alasan economic crisis, downturn, macam2 lagi alasan...

mana2 skang nie the word loyalty is too "loosely" given by organization...
Organization force feed these "values" to employees, but at the end of the day... employees got screwed...

1 week in the "freezer", a few surat takziah... then tanam..
duit juta2 lam a/c pun tak guna gaks... rumah puluh2 bijik tak guna gaks... bini2... opsss... heehhee
syarikat anytime leh dapatkan penganti...

we only have to be loyal to this one organization... FAMILY...
because at the end of the day... family is what matter most...
